Glow Naturopath Lisa has been vegan for 20 years from the age of 22.

She can assist with all your health requirements from just wanting a "check up" to assess diet, VLA impedance carried out to see fat, muscle, fluid levels and biological age to wanting to do a strict 6 week Vegan Detox (Vegan Bootcamp as one of her vegan clients calls it!).

If there are any additional issues such as IBS, hormonal imbalances such as PMS, endometriosis, PCOS or lethargy, stress, depression and anxiety, you may need extra support in the way of suppplements or herbs and she will ensure any used do not contain animal ingredients.
