• Group weight loss sessions (4 to 6 to a group)
• 5 x weekly group sessions and a final one-on-one session with our naturopaths
• Private weigh, measure and VLA report done beforehand so you don't have to reveal your results to the group unless you choose

Fridays at 12 midday for 5 weeks and then a post group follow up session one-on-one with our naturopaths.

Please allow an hour for each session, longer for the first session.

Program cost must be paid in full before commencement.
