Did you know?

• Lisa gave birth to her daughter Lily after a 12 hour drug free labour in May 2009. She had a wonderful pregnancy with excellent energy levels, healthy weight gain and not a single stretch mark!  She is back working part-time at Glow whilst juggling breastfeeding, expressing and Gymbaroo!
  
• Lindy was awarded Dux of Western Medical Sciences when she graduated and has lectured naturopath students. She has 2 gorgeous daughters, one a teenager and one at primary school.
  
• Indra has a background as a chef and is gluten intolerant. She is the perfect person to help you with food ideas or restricted diets such as gluten free, dairy free and particular allergies. Ask her for some great recipes!
  
• Jade, as well as being a qualified naturopath, has a degree in arts where she majored in psychology. Jade is in her early 30s but is often mistaken for being in her early 20s! What a compliment to her healthy lifestyle.
